Chocolate Marzipan

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashewnuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • Figaro Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method

Step 1

Grind cashews with water to make smooth paste.

Step 2

In a pan, heat sugar and 4 tbsp water, till sugar melts. Add cashew paste. Mix it.

Step 3

Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Mix well. Let thicken.

Step 4

Apply olive oil to palms and shape mixture into balls.

Step 5

Roll each ball in desiccated coconut.

Step 6

Serve or store refrigerated.
