Oats Utappam

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup rice flour or
  • 2 chp curd
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp Figaro Pure Olive Oil, for frying

Method

Step 1

Powder oats. Mix with rice flour, curd, salt and water to make a batter. Rest for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Spread little Figaro Pure Olive Oil on a pan. Ladle batter onto pan and make uttapam.

Step 3

Place veggies in centre. Press into uttapam. Roll edge over.

Step 4

Cook till golden brown. Serve with chutney.
