Garlic Olive Oil Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb spaghetti (good quality).
  • 1⁄2 cup Figaro Extra Virgin Olive oil.
  • 3 - 4 cloves garlic (depending on size of cloves).
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Water

Method:

Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a brisk boil. Add salt and spaghetti.
Step 2
Heat Figaro Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a small pan.
Step 3
Slice the garlic thinly and add it to the olive oil.
Step 4
Remove the pan from the heat when the garlic turns a pale golden colour.
Step 5
Add the parsley, salt and pepper. Drain pasta and stir in the oil. Serve immediately.
