• Need to conceptualize and develop ‘out of the box’ creatives
• Should be energetic and self-driven with a strong aesthetic sense
• Research new ideas and design concepts to keep up to date with trends
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Develop graphics and visuals for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Should be able to express innovative Ideas and understand the requirements
• Ability to conceive and develop corporate branding, image, and style
• Should be a creative thinker, independent in exploring ideas and directions

Individual Key Performance Indicators (when applicable) :

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Microsoft Office

Key success factors

1. Education
   • Any Graduate
2. Experience
   • Mínimum 3 years experience as graphics designer
   • Hands-on experience in mentioned software required.
   • Adherence to timelines and meeting deadlines
3. Competencies
   • Good Communicator
