Mission :
- To support HR Functions and take ownership of HR vertical in absence of HR Manager

- Talent Acquisition and Induction
- Employee Relations
- Learning and Development
- Performance Management
- Payroll Management
- Statutory Compliances
- Vendor Management
- HR policies. (Handling the entire gamut of HR)
- Work closely with Management to develop the business strategy and goals and take responsibility to align the people practices to achieve comapnygoals
- Conceive, execute, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives to improve the company culture, the company’s competitiveness in the marketplace, and overall happiness.
Individual Key Performance Indicators (when applicable) :
- Proficiency in MS Office

- Experience
- Mínimum 3 years experience as Recruitment/ HR Executive in FMCG Industry
- Hands-on experience in HR or Recruitment Software required.
