Mission :

  • Ensure efficient order taking, merchandising and promotional activities at GT outlets in line with company targets and objectives. Handling of Distributors and Junior Sales Officer

Main Responsibilities :

  1. Order taking and JSO Management
    • Taking orders at Bigger GT and Wholesale outlets and reporting on sales volumes and outlet potential
    • Push SKUs not currently being ordered
    • Manage the JSO and Distributor. Training of JSO and Distributor on company policies.
    • Responsible for Area Target and KPIs
  2. Merchandising and Promotion
    • Advice clients on promotions, prices and schemes
    • Instore Execution of POP, Promotion, Shelve Management
  3. Distributor Management
    • Handling of Distributor Stocks, Sales and Claims
    • Management of Distributor ROI
  4. Other
    • Problem solving
    • Reporting of Distributor , Outlet and SKU Data – Monthly and Weekly
    • Business development

KPI:

  • Sales volume increase in the outlets they are in charge of New client acquisition

Competencies :

  • Previous field sales experience (2-3+ years )
  • Knowledge of the local FMCG market
  • Previous Distributor handling experience
  • Manpower Handling Experience
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills
