Cashew Coconut Sheera

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cashew, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Figaro Pure Olive Oil
Method:
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add cashews and coconut. Sauté for 8-10 mins. till mixture turns light brown.
Step 2
Add sugar. Stir coninuosly till sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Add cardamom powder. Mix well.
Step 4
Garnish with few cashews. Serve warm.Serve warm with curd or ketchup.
