Pumpkin Potato Bhaaji

Ingredients:

  • 250g pumpkin, chopped
  • 2-3 potatoes, boiled1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp Figaro Pure Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste

Method:

Step 1
Heat Figaro Pure Olive Oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds.
Step 2
Add onion, tomato and spice powders and salt. Sauté.
Step 3
Add chopped potato and pumpkin. Mix well.
Step 4
Cover and cook till pumpkin is done. Serve hot.
