Soya Dosa

Serve : 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soya milk
  • 1/4 cup att
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, grated
  • 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Figaro Pure Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste

Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, making a thin batter.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick pan. Grease it with a little Figaro Pure Olive Oil.

Step 3

Pour 2 tbsps of batter on pan and spread to make a thin dosa.

Step 4

Cook on both sides till golden brown.

Step 5

Serve hot with chutney.
