Mug Brownie

  • 1/4 cup maida
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Figaro Pure Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp milk, coffee or water
  • 2 tbsp chopped chocolate (optional)


Step 1

In a heatproof mug or ramekin, stir together the dry ingredients until no lumps remain.

Step 2

Stir in the oil and milk until you have a thick paste. Add some chopped chocolate if you like.

Step 3

Microwave on high for 1 minute, checking it after 30 secon till springy on top but still very moist.

Step 4

Serve warm.
